Storytelling for resilience: The DNA of Care project
On the 16th November 2017 the Royal College of Nursing brought together experts on resilience in health care to discuss the topic of resilience in the workplace.  This is the presentation given by Dr Pip Hardy and Dr Karen Deeny. In addition to the presentation, this short video puts forward their ideas on resilience in the workplace, arguing for a more critical, psychosocial perspective in the light of their experiences of the learning from the DNA of Care project.
